(Demo) Finding Other Worlds

Yu Wang (demo curator)·Unassigned·Physics and Astronomy

This is a demonstration course that shows what Coursewerk can produce; it is not a course package intended for direct use in real teaching. The two-chapter introductory astronomy demo first develops exoplanet detection as an inference problem built from transit and radial-velocity signals, geometry, noise, and selection effects. It then combines radius, mass, density, spectra, temperature, and orbital context to characterize distant worlds while separating measurable properties from model-dependent claims about habitability. Each chapter includes a concept map, accessible study guide, visual slide deck, assessment-design guide, worked practice set, and locally stored figures with complete provenance. It was produced by an AI agent following Coursewerk without human-authored lesson content or subject-matter editing; human involvement was limited to commissioning, pipeline audit, consistency checks, and publication oversight.
